Position: Director of Marketing & Brand Growth

Location: Ideally Philadelphia, PA. Hybrid/Remote Possible


Neely & Chloe, a line of women’s handbags and accessories, is seeking an experienced marketing and creative professional to develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy and ultimately build out the internal marketing team. With consistent growth, the position requires a self-motivated individual who is driven, resourceful and reliable. The candidate must exhibit a passion for creative ideas that drive brand growth and engage the customer base. The role will be equally focused on the ideation and execution of marketing strategy as well resulting sales & campaign analytics. All members of the N&C team are expected to be able to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and work with a positive, team player attitude.


  • Play a key role in solidifying key brand messaging and brand differentiator; implement company wide
  • Leverage previous experience and creative viewpoint to develop Neely & Chloe core story concepts as well as story arcs for individual seasons and sectors including partnerships, bridal concierge, and personalization
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for each season or partnership launch, including key messaging in keeping with the Neely & Chloe brand voice
  • Establish both short and long-term engagement and marketing targets based off of current company performance
  • Develop and execute all social media strategy
  • Define integrated marketing calendar with stories and campaigns; ensure that the team is aligned and adheres to this plan across all channels
  • Coordinate all content across newsletters, blogs as well as current and emerging social channels in partnership with the web team
  • Create content independently and in collaboration with N&C team and other creative contactors (such as photographers)
  • Ideate, plan, and execute multiple product and lifestyle photoshoots each year
  • Develop brand growth strategies to reach existing and new audiences across all channels including public relations
  • Manage and grow influencer relationships
  • Develop a list of target locations for growth through trunk shows and other customer engagement methods, supported by targeted customer data
  • Seek out strong partnership and collaboration opportunities that create positive press moments and increase brand awareness
  • Work in partnership with the N&C team to ensure feedback from previous marketing campaigns is integrated into future product development
  • Regularly analyze and review competitors marketing and social engagement tactics for best practices and pitfalls
  • Use digital analytics and set targets to shape marketing strategy and drive success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Firsthand experience developing fashion related campaigns
  • Proven track record of results in marketing campaign creation
  • Minimum 7-9 years of work experience in Marketing or related fields, preferably at a women’s focused consumer brand company
  • Above average computer literacy with skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
