Wholesales Account Executive, New York City

Position: Wholesales Account Executive Location: NYC, USA

Neely & Chloe is a women’s line of handbags and footwear is seeking an experienced wholesale account executive to work in house to expand our wholesale department as well as increase sales. We seek a self-motivated individual who is charismatic, resourceful and reliable. The candidate must also exhibit a strong passion for retail and be able to take on multiple tasks at once while preserving a positive attitude. Ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about their work, a team player, and can think outside of the box. Responsibilities

  • Represent a new, growing, well branded company
  • Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale, and brand accounts that align with the product capabilities of Neely & Chloe Burch
  • Recommend products and answer questions about products, lead times, prices, credit terms, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide customer support as needed
  • Keep up with fashion brands and trends in the U.S.
  • Represent Neely & Chloe and increase recognition of the company within assigned territory
  • Monitor customer experience by soliciting feedback on product quality and delivery satisfaction
  • Perform comparative shopping to stay up-to-date with Neely & Chloe competitors
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, management, accounting, and logistics
  • Manage trade shows and conventions
  • Attend trunk shows

Requirements

  • Has strong relationships with wholesale clients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Drive sales in existing key accounts
  • Develop new wholesale accounts through active prospecting via web, email, phone, mailings, and tradeshow activities
  • Provide exemplary service to all existing accounts
  • Contribute to product development and stock level decisions in support of wholesale accounts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of results in sales.
  • Strong business sense and experience prospecting for new business and selling major key accounts with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of and experience with e-commerce and marketing efforts.
  • Experience in working on coordinated sales and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Above average computer literacy with skills in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Occasional Travel Required (30-50%)

Part Time Sales Associate, Atlanta, GA

Position: Part Time Sales Associate Location: Westside Provisions, Atlanta, GA
Start Date: November 1st 2017

Neely & Chloe, a line of women’s handbags and shoes, seeks an experienced, part time sales associate to help open our brand new Atlanta Pop Up Shop. We are looking for a self- motivated individual who is charismatic, resourceful and reliable. The candidate must also exhibit a strong passion for retail and feel competent in his/her ability to take on multiple tasks at once while preserving a positive attitude. Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service to all guests of the store
  • Consider needs of the customer and provide assistance and information on all product features
  • Form and further develop customer relationships
  • Develop full understanding of all Neely & Chloe products, materials and customization offerings
  • Participate in all merchandising activities (i.e. stock maintenance, online order processing, stock receiving and processing, visual merchandising and shop floor changes)
  • Learn various personalization/customization techniques and carry out in store
  • Apply POS knowledge to process transactions
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette through customer service
  • Clean, vacuum, tidy and replenish as necessary
  • Assist management with opening and closing store procedures
  • In-store event marketing and execution
  • Mimic the brand aesthetic & uphold a professional appearance consistent with the established dress code/ image guidelines
